Bilkent University Scholarship

Bilkent University Scholarships 2022-2023 are fully funded masters and PhD scholarships for international students who wish to study in Turkey. It is currently the highest paying scholarships for international students to study in Turkey for free. Bilkent University Scholarship holders will get the following benefits depending on their level of study:

• PhD: 600USD/Month Stipend
• Graduate: 450USD/Month Stipend.

There is no Application Fee for the Bilkent UNAM Scholarship. Bilkent UNAM offers a wide range of financial aid options and prestigious scholarship opportunities for graduate students which include:

Features of Bilkent University’s Dormitory

1. Dormitories are furnished with:
   • single beds and bunk beds
   • desks and desk chairs
   • bookcases or shelves
   • wardrobes
   • wastebaskets
   • mini-refrigerators.
2. All rooms have unlimited high-speed internet access at no charge.
3. All dorms have common areas, such as self-cook kitchens/kitchenettes, TV/social lounges, study lounges, self-service laundry and ironing rooms, including game and visitors’ areas or rooms.
4. Central heating and 24-hour continuous hot water are standard, and each floor is further equipped with common bathrooms and restrooms.

Financial Benefits

Recipients of the Bilkent University Scholarship will be provided with the following benefits depending on your level of study:

PhD Students

• Tuition waiver (62.100 TL/year)
• Monthly stipend and housing (total  of 5.500 TL / month)
• Private health insurance
• A laptop computer
• Meal card (after the PhD qualifier)
• The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM, by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/-respected peer-reviewed conference

Masters students

• Tuition waiver (62.100 TL/year )
• Monthly stipend and housing (total of 4.400 TL / month)
• Private health insurance
• A laptop computer
• The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM, by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/-respected peer-reviewed conference

Eligibility Criteria for Bilkent University Scholarship

To qualify for Bilkent University Scholarship, candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:

• BSc graduates or MSC students need at least 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
• If you are a Turkish citizen resident in Turkey: ALES score is required, <55 (quantitative)
• Otherwise; GRE General Test score is required: 153 (quantitative). However, if you are off by a small margin and you have a strong background, we encourage you to apply.
