CORAF Meals System Resilience Scholarship For African Students – 2023; CORAF is providing eight Ph.D. scholarships in the structure of the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) in West Africa.
The Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) is a forerunner sectional funding program of more than US$1 billion that plans to build food system resilience in West Africa by means of a strategic regional approach. This system will fund investments in three jointly fortifying thematic areas: (1) Digital advisory providers for the prevention and administration of agricultural and food problem; (2) Longevity and durability of the food system’s productive base (sustainable land and watershed administration, agro-ecological approaches); and (3) Market integration and trade (regional staple food value chain improvement). Every sector will probably be led by a mandated regional establishment (AGRHYMET, CORAF, ECOWAS) to make sure coordination and set up sustainable capability.
