EACOED- EKSU Degree Student Final Screening Exercise

Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, amalgamated with Ekiti State University (EACOED-EKSU) is organizing the final screening exercise for the freshly admitted student 2022/2023 for full time students at the 100 and 200 for direct entry levels. This article, gives vital information about the screening, comprises dates, venue, essential documents and good reminder.

EACOED-EKSU Degree Students Final Screening Exercise Details:

  • Date of screening exercise; Wednesday, 5th April and Thursday, 6th April 2023
  • Time: 9:00 am every day
  • Venue:( BOT Lecture Theatre) close to the Students’ Affairs Office

Necessary Documents:

Freshly admitted students are meant to come to the venue of the screening with three file consisting the documents as follows;

  1. Application form
  2. Six (6) recent passports
  3. proof of payment of Acceptance Fee, Development Levy, and Portal Maintenance Fee (original and two other photocopies)
  4. Proof of payment of EACOED Fee (original and two photocopies)
  5. Senior School Certificate May/June (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (original and two other photocopies)
  6. Secondary School Leaving Testimonial (original and two other photocopies)
  7. Senior School Certificate November/December (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (original and two other photocopies)
  8. WASC/GCE O’ Level (original and two photocopies)
  9. NCE for Direct Entry candidates (original and two photocopies)
  10. EKSU Pre-Degree (if any) (original and two photocopies)
  11. 2021 JAMB Result Print-out/slip (original and two photocopies)
  12. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution copy) (original and two photocopies)
  13. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age (original and two photocopies)
  14. Local Government Identification (original and two photocopies)
  15. Reference Letters from either an Imam or a Pastor and a Senior Public/Civil Servant (original and two photocopies)
  16. Scratch result checking cards for O/L results by all candidates.

    Important Reminders:

    • Students must be punctual to the final screening exercise punctual, or else your admission will be forfeited.
    • To be qualified  for the exercise, your tuition fee must be paid in full.
